The company’s policy seeks to preserve at all times the health of Its employees and sub-contractor through high degree of personal hygiene and implementation of work procedure that are free from health risk.. Health Hazard Analysis would be carried out and control put in place.
The company retains the services of a good government registered clinic to take cane of the workers and much emphasis is placed on the promotion of the total health concept and protection of the worker. Staff would be advised to stay away from excessive noise and encourage to wear ear defenders where noise is unavoidable.
Medical certificate of fitness would be required of any person to be engaged in the company’s operation: and regular medical examination would be encouraged.
It Is the policy of the company that the environment In which Its operations are carried out are preserved to its primary condition and that jobs are being carried out in clean and neat environments. To this end, Ebiwalex Nig. Ltd. will ensure that:
Company’s policy on security is that properties and assets be protected and assessment on security Implications and Impacts be made on continuous basis. We must be security conscious at all times whether in the office on company business or at home.
Our trained security personnel are on guard all the time to protect our company assets and personnel. In addition, the Nigerian Policemen would be hired as backup where the need arises.
All employees will be provided with company identity card and the client’s Identity card as backup. The staff will be regularly briefed of the current security risk associated with their jobs as may be applicable to the areas of our operations. This is to reduce their exposure to attacks.
